resident evil 5

A long time ago back when the PS1 was popular i played this game called resident evil 2, and it scarred the living hell out me. now this was back when i was young and got scared a little to easy. Years later i somehow mustered up the courage and bought Resident evil 5. Not as scary as I thought (lol) now to understand 5 you gotta know the whole story so keep up; waaaayy back when a new virus has been discovered, virus tends to make humans like zombies, virus reaches the public. virus infects everyone in a city, city gets blown up by the same people who created the virus. virus evolves, a "religous" cult uses the virus over in spain, group leader killed. and that is the way to break it down for now. Anyway the same type of virus has been reported to be in africa, and being used as bio-weapons. the BSAA sends in a agent who is very familiar with the virus; Chris Redfield. to help him in his quest to stop the terrorists is Sheva (can't spell last name) and unlike in Resident evil 4 when all your partner did was either die or get in the way she actually can pull her own weight. which is a big help. If you think these are the simple angry looking people from 4 or the zombies from 1-3 your dead wrong. Somehow they can do advance things like lead a group. set out diversions/traps and use guns(even flamethrowers) so they are way more then enough for the gamers out there like a challenge. One thing that plays a major role in the game is the Urrobors (may be spelled differently) these worm like creatures pick host with certain DNA that matches their "high" standers. If a person who is not "fit" with it will become a huge worm like creature that runs rapid. so beware of that. One feature that was extremely popular during resident evil 4 was the survival-type challenge where you kill as many iffecteds as you please while staying alive for a certain time phrase. its an AWESOME ending to an AWESOME series. play it...shadster out

go n SMITE!

hey everyone! today I'm posting about the Overlord series. I'ts pretty easy to talk about both of them (1&2) just because they mosstly contain the same story-line (in a sense). Well most of the game you are controling minions. HILARIOUS little creatures that obey your every comand without question. While scavenging around in debree the minioins find their overlord (you) barried under a pile of rocks. After suiting up with  cheap armor. The overlord is explained that he must take back what belongs to him. How am I suppose to do that? I'm glad you asked! To "get back your territory" you must defeat all of the corrupted heros plaugeing the land. like your minion master said. "those who do evil in the name of good, are the truely dangrous ones" so beware...it won't be a walk in the park.

Now Overlord 2 is slightly different from the first game, but like I said same concept.but changed around. In the begin you hear Gnarl (the minion master) telling the story of the newly formed empire. Now the empire is the main enemy, a group that hates all magical beings searching far and wide, and capture them, AND making them compete in an arena. (there is no way to win for them) Being magical creatures the minions are forced to netherworkd where they are safe from the empires "good" hands. now like i said earlier minions have one purpose in life, and that is to serve the lord. If only he was around, the overlord from the previous game is no where to be found....so a new overlord is needed to keep the balance of good and evil. Now that you know the backround go out ther and smite something HARD!!!!!

Dragon Ball Z Budokai Tenkaichi 2

Dragon Ball Z Budokai: Tenkaichi 2© is an action based game taking place in multiple Dragon Ball through Dragon Ball GT story lines and even some "What If" stories. The huge game doesn't go through EVERY single battle, but it sure covers plenty of it to tell you all the important stuff. The ability to also be able to play through all the movies the franchise has introduced up to this point is wonderful, and DBZ fans go nuts when they found out. Being able to re-enact battles from the show you see on television is pretty hectic as it is, but what about the game play? Well, the controls are arguably better than its Wii© version. And while the other Tenkaichi's all share similar control schemes, Dragon Ball Z Budokai: Tenkaichi 2© has the smoothest graphics that are more simple, yet greater, than its predecessor. All is all, a great game to add to your Playstation 2© games.

live to kill or kill to live

one game that everyone should know is assassins creed.I remember when it first came out........mmmmm that commercial was smexy.Which naturally drawn me to this game. Expecting nothing under perfection. when i began to play the game i was getting the feeling that i stumbled on to another video game failure. ohh how wrong i was. You begin this "tron evolution" looking field which is the tutorial that tells you how to move around and basic controls (like average tutorials) and how to stay by the creed. after the extremely long and unavoidable tests. You are transported to a tomb and guess what happens when the camera get well adjusted? that's right some gets assassinated. After jumping around from platform to platform you run into the assassins main enemy the Templars. After a awesome cut-scene everything gets extremely bright and then you finally see the true conspiracy. You are 500+ years in the future being held prisoner by who else but the templars. Desmond Miles an average Joe-wanna-be becomes a prisoner of war. While playing the game you discover the relationship between Desmond and his assassin contour-part. You also discover a conspiracy plot to change the world as we know it. PLAY IT. until next time shadster out

Playstation Classics: Duke Nukem: Time to Kill

HEEEEEEYYY!!!!!! This is D.A.R. Jr. and I'm gonna tell you guys about some PS1 Classics that I used to play when I was a kid. One of them was Duke Nukem: Time to Kill (or at least I think it was, I can't remember). I can still see myself playing the 2-player mode with my cousin, he always used to beat me (damn bastard). Anywho, I loved it and if I still had it I'd be playing it right now. In the game, you basically follow your objective while killing wierd alien creatures. Depending on the part of the game you were on, Duke will have worn different outfits. The outfits would range from a cowboy to Scottish and Roman togas. Ocaisionally during the game, a suprise level would pop up giving you the chance to unlock some kinda "Super Weapons". Super weapons included a ray gun, automatic shotguns and huge machines guns. HILARIOUSLY AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! The game also had a set of cheat codes when entered correctly could give you all weapons, invincibility, and infinite ammo.

Duke Nukem: Time to Kill was one of my favorite games. I really wish I still had it. And also, Duke will return to Ps3, Xbox360, and PC in early 2011. That's it for today's PS1 classic. I'll most likely have more in the near future. But until then...this is it...for now...

Super Smash Brothers Brawl

Hello fellow gamers!!! As you may know this is a review on my most favorite wii game Super Smash Brothers Brawl! Unlike its predecessors (Super Smash Bros. and Super Smash Bros. Melee) this game has a better graphics. Also there are more characters and way more stages. Lets not forget to mention that they have some melee stages still in the game that are unlockabale. Also there are more items that may game play more exciting and the stages are more interacting than the predecessors stages. Also the gameplay is vastly improved providing more variety of attacks and 2 or 3 fighter stances instead of one. Also there are now way more charathers and with the introduction of the smash ball. When a player hits the samsh ball (a little color changing ball that floats all over the stage) enough times they break it and they turn colorful. Then after that they can press B and unleash their final smash. The final smash is the characthers signature move. Depeding on the characther the move can be either a strong attack, A status change, A characthers vehicle, and more. This game is a very good game for wii and I would highly recommend that if you want a all out 4 player brawl then get this game! Sure it may not have a storyline or anything but the game is Soul caliber, Mortal Kombat, or even Tekken. Its a pick a characther, pick a stage then fight game. But lets not forget the single player mode. We have the Subspace Emissary a super long story mode. we have the old target practice smash the sand bag and even multiman melee. This game is a very good game I invite my pals over for a couple of rounds sometimes. Then the couples turn into dozens then the dozens turn into thousands and we can stay there all day and play. Its a fun game that should not be overlooked If u have a wii or are getting a wii i recommend you get this game! YOU WILL NOT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Forget blue now Im RED hot!!

Good day gamers if you all remembered my blazblue: calamity trigger(read first before this) explanation then im glad to tell you that i have just complete continuum shift (god i love that name) took me till 8:21 to finish dont even remembered when i got started (different ending take time) anyway. Well to start the game had a complete remake with its graphic which are 3D excellent. The same modes that were in the calamity trigger are in CS such as legion, arcade, network story and all those good shit. But waits theres more, CS also introduces three new playble characters (Yes i do count lamda as a new character got a prob) three new charavters are HAZAMA (My BOY), TUSbaki, an well you know. But PSN and LIVE just released two new playable charaters DLC find them and fight. Now to get what you all have been waiting for the stroy well FAT CHANCE CAUSE I AINT TELLIN YOU SHIT!!
youll just have to play the game to find out this is a no SPOILERS PAGE and BLOG but i can tell how it works well my GOD its is a whole lot better than CT first to see the true ending you dont have got throught the hasle of winning then dying and getting 100% for every character no you only need to make it to the true ending for only a few characters im not telling you because that will take the fun out of finding out like i said i dont tell secrets. but its pretty east to figure out what i did was play through all that characters true ending so all i need to do is go back a play the bad and gag endings. to end this games lives up to its predessors and more.
now i dont tell secrets but (sniff) (SNIFF) do you smell that it smells like somthing is coming what is that it looks looks like a . . . . .. . . 3.

A pure classic!

Today I'm going to post about the video game that made shadster.....well shadster, and it is extremely late to even think about this game or even do a post, but this game is really important to me. It is sonic battle 2. this was the time I first discovered shadow the hedgehog. but when i saw the awesomeness that radiated from him I knew i was gonna be hooked for life. The whole story line is basically a split between "good" and "evil". two different story lines but linked. in the hero story line you begin playing as sonic. Who was held in a helicopter by the government but escapes. its a pretty fun level and you get to have a blast skateboarding down the hill. eventually after defeating the first boss sonic runs into a strange hedgehog.(shadow XD) and that's were the real fun begins. now in the evil story line is much different. you play as Eggman who is breaking into a government base called prison island. (ironic huh?) In the island Eggman is searching for a project that his grandfather had made a long time ago, and that's where he finds shadow. when comparing the two it's just a big search for all seven chaos emeralds (except the knuckles and rouge missions where you are searching for fragments of the master emerald) there is one more feature that i simply love about this game is the chao garden. basically you raise your own chao and give it its own unique stats. aqnyway its a good game and i highly recommend it. shadster out

Are you a Hero?

Hello everyone this is Moto again here to talk about Guitar Hero!!! This series of games have become very popular and are now on all major platforms (PS3 XBOX 360 WII NDS) also there are a big variety of songs in each game that makes it even more awesome. (Personally my favorite song of all is Through The Fire And The Flames by DragonForce & Slow Ride by Foghat) Also as of 10/19/10 there are about 20 games out now (according to Wikipedia's sources) and also there are alot of mobile phone versions for even more portable fun. Lets not forget that Band hero also is in. It is kind of like rockband in a sense but its like rockband but with different songs. Even though guitar hero has different graphics, gameplay options and so on... This game again requires Skill, Good Judgement, Fast Fingers, Fast Reaction Time, and a rhythm of the music and familiarity with game play. Yet again Beginners can be introduced with the fun with a Training mode! This can help even the worst of players unleash their inner rock and roll! Also this game is very similar and DDR oriented... Except the notes come from the top of the screen to the bottom. (Unlike DDR when it comes from the bottom up) This series of games are an awesome series and one of the best games that uses music and rhythm. The Guitar Hero III world champion is Chris Chike. He is a teenager and in his victory he said "When I first picked the guitar up I never imagined this would happen to me"! This game is played alot and there are alot of tournaments (Luckily if you find one) Also if your impressive ennough you can compete for world champion!!! Well this is all I have to say for now! AHHHHHH YOURSELF!!!

Tick Tock! Tick Tock! 3...2...1... BOOOOOOOOOOM! Now lets get serious about this post and the games! Hello gamers this is ya boy Moto 11 and I would like to talk about Serious Sam the First and Second Encounters for PC! Well I for one would like to start out with both games being EPIC!!! The first encounter has about 14 levels and roughly the second encounter has about 12 levels (but both games are kinda long (like a 10 to 12 hour time span) In this game the style of gameplay is Doom oriented which basically means that you will be fighting a lot of enemies at once. You will also be limited to Ammo, Health, and Armor depending on your Difficulty. Also Sam has a thing in his head called NETRICSA (NEutroTRonically Implanted Combat Situation Analyzer) This is basically the hint system in both games and can help you when your stuck in a part of the game or you need more info on one part of the game. Overall the games are both good but the storyline is not all something to be hype about. The graphics are good but not close to the recent shooter games that have came out (Call of Duty Series Gears of War series etc...) The same games where released years later but they were released in HD (High Definition) and sold. The games had a major graphic improvement and some parts of the games (like some secrets have been added, some looks to monsters/protagionist has changed etc...) The HD version is really good but eats up too much system resources and memory and can make your system lag horribly if your system doesnt meet the system requirements or surpasses them. This game is a MUST for Doom lovers its like Doom Jr. If you have a PC and need a good old fun Pc game this is a must get. IDK if there are anymore future releases of the game but until next time world!!!

It's Time To Show Your Moves!!!

Have you ever played a game where you had to be on a mat and step on arrows at the perfect time as they come up? Well if you did chances are you have played Dance Dance Revolution! I would like to say this is one of the most epic games ever made! (I never said its the most epic just one of) This game requires alot from the player for an enjoyable experience. You need Speed, Skills, Knowledge of the Arrows/Patterns, Fast Reaction Time and Moves in order to be able to fully enjoy this game. With several versions having all modes like Beginner, Light, Standard, Heavy, Challenge, Endless, Nonstop and more this game has a wide variety of modes and also you can change the settings to your preference and bend the game to your will. Also if your new to it all you can start from the beginning and learn to play. I would also like to add that there are tournaments for this game and there has been some really awesome players. (I myself personally play on Challenge and Heavy) I would say if you are bored and you can get a new game get Dance Dance Revolution and a Dance pad. This game comes out on most platforms and you will not be disappointed!

World's End=world's fail

A while back I purchased Pirates of the Caribbean at world's end. I said to myself "hey I saw the movie and it was pretty good. So the game must be epic!" WRONG! While playing I felt as if the game lacked originality, and the controls was stiff. The voice overs were good tho. (the original actors i think. if not then they're pretty good) Basically you play as the main characters (Jack, Will, Elizabeth etc.) The levels put you in the same scenario as the movie so its like your playing the movie. Now when someone thinks pirates the main thing that comes to their head is epic sword fights on boats with cannons. not Ethiopian puzzles and traps.the sword fights are decent only when your doing it one by one. but if u take on a group it is SOOOOOO repetitive. The reason why they are split is because when your fighting a boss A certain command code is used for fighting, but it gets boring after a while. usually i give a quick view of the story line right about now but if you seen the movie you seen the game. so buy the movie at least it has special features.

chaotic catastrophe

I would like to start this post with the fact that this game ANGERED my Deeply. Even tho it had the same concept of the tv show, the way it is played is totally different. If you have seen the show you would noticed the Adventure/Action it had, but in the game its a totally different story! They did more of an pokemon-style in the fighting. The story-line it had was decent which is pretty good. (storyline is like 75% of games anyway) You start of as Tom (main character in the show) and you were giving a new scanner by the code masters, and your supposed to be trying it out. like a test run. While testing you run into an overworlder (one of the 4 tribes) who is looking for thieves that stolen valuable battle gear. Naturally Tom agrees to help. throughout the story line things get weirder and weirder. To put a long story short the repetitive battles, two-step puzzles, and an EXTREMELY disappointing "final boss" (which I think should not even be called that) chaotic is a waste of your time and money. I'm going recommend it to a 5-8 year old that has MAJOR restrictions on video games. I'll end this post by saying this "game" was chaotic.......ly stupid!!!!!

This Means War!!!

Hello everyone this is ya boi Moto 11. I am the newbie of da crew and I would like to talk about Call of Duty Modern Warfare 2. Released on November 10, 2009 this game is one of the best sellers. I for one would like to say this is one of the best first person shooter games ever made. The Graphics are stunning, The Game is addicting, the campaign is fun and the multiplayer and online modes are just over all awesome... Also the score was composed by Hans Zimmer. In the campaign you mostly (not the whole game) take the role of Gary Roach Sanderson a solider in the TF 141 and works with John Mactavish. From Cities all the way to Icy Mountains this game has a lot of variety in levels, weapons, enemies, problems, scenarios and multiplayer modes. The weapons look very realistic and there are a wide variety of them. (Personally My Favorite weapons are the AK-47 and akimbo Desert Eagle.) Also the Multiplayer mode is so addicting. You can spend hours playing multiplayer mode with a friend or going online and fighting the world!!! The graphics are something to be considered because they really make the game what it is... If everything in the game was the same but had 8bit graphics I dont think it would have been as fun. Overall I give the game a 4.5 out of 5. I say this because nothing is ever perect but this game is close to it... I look forward to the release of Black Ops on Novemeber 9th 2010. (Like CODMW2 but last year) Untill next time World!!!!

Wheres the Love?

No my reader not a game nor a gear review merely an opinion for you all. OOOK this is a topic i wanted to hit since we started this whole thing and that topic is. "SHOULD VIOLENT VIDEO GAMES BE BANNED" and "DO VIDEO GAMES PROMOTE VIOLENCE" ( BIGGEST SIGH EVER). Here is my opinion from the get go (ahem) VIDEO GAME DO NOT PROMOTE VIOLENCE!!!!!! Video games are forms of art that relieves us from our ordinary frames of reality so can do anything be anyone without any consequence. But there are those who say "Oh If yOu W@nt 2 gE+ out of reality Den ReAd A BOOK". You know im not against reading in fact i support read but there is a huge difference such as in a book its the same thing over and over and over again with a game there is never ending possibilitys you can be just like the commercial a trained killer, a fallen god, or a super hero. What sad is that there are those who dont think so freely about games. they say that all that violence will make futuer killer and stupid shit like that. What fucking idiot would believe "ooh im gonna go on a quest and kill some boars" or "ooh im a purple dragon going to kill a bunch of rinos". Now i know there are those who take it to far but that not the games fault I mean people like that are unpredictable. Thats why i say let games be games let the gamers around the world play for as long as you can hold a remote you are a gamer to me. now this is a special post for you see i will edit it with comments from our reader or contributer who like to either debate or agree with what im saying.
